Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright in their work. Published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license unless an article page states an approved exception. The license permits reading, downloading, copying, distribution, transmission, adaptation, and other lawful reuse with appropriate credit to the authors and source. Authors may deposit submitted, accepted, and version-of-record copies in repositories and personal websites; repository copies should identify the version and include the article DOI.
