Article Processing Charge

For manuscripts accepted on or before 31 December 2027, the article processing charge (APC) is fully waived. For manuscripts accepted on or after 1 January 2028, the APC is USD 800. There is no submission fee, page charge, colour charge, withdrawal fee, or language-editing fee. Any approved waiver is separate from editorial evaluation and does not influence peer review or publication decisions.
